Air Conditioning

The A/C is adjustable by the regulator in every room. It will turn off automatically once a window is opened or the key card removed from the room door.

Bus

Luxembourg City and Kirchberg are easy accessible within 20 minutes by public transportation. Bus number 304, 324 & 325 departures every 30 minutes from the bus stop at the entrance of Munsbach Industrial area. Public Transport is free of charge in the whole country.

Check-in | Check-Out

The rooms are available as from 3pm on your arrival day and until noon on the day of departure. A late check-out is possible, subject to availability at the cost of 10 € per additional hour.

Cleaning & Ironing Service

You will find a laundry bag in your closet which you may use to drop your laundry at the reception desk. Please fill in carefully the attached list. If you would like your laundry to be returned within the same day, kindly leave it with us prior to 9 a.m. This service is available during business days. During weekends and holidays upon request and availability only.

We're committed to the environment, so please help us by doing just a few things:

Please sort your garbage. You'll find a garbage can in the bedroom and a garbage can in the bathroom.
Please put your towels on the floor if you wish to change them.
The room is cleaned every 2 days. If you require daily cleaning, please contact reception.

Parking

You can park along the streets around the hotel on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00 for € 0.20 per hour or our payable parking slots in the underground parking: 20 € / night during business days and 10 € / night during weekend and public holiday.

Pets

Well-behaved pets are allowed at extra charge (25 €/day), including a pet cover and bowl for water/food as well as a little surprise.
